James Berriman
Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder
Prior to co-founding Evidox, Mr. Berriman was a practicing AmLaw 100 litigator with a background in litigation technology. He has been developing and supporting litigation-technology systems since 1982. From 1990 to 2006, he was an attorney at Goodwin Procter LLP. As Senior Counsel and Director of Litigation Technology, he founded the firm's Litigation Technology Group and grew it to a team of 15 specialists occupying a 4,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility that he designed. He coded and implemented the firm's litigation case-management system. He established the firm's scanning and digitizing labs, its e-discovery review facilities, and its trial technology systems. He has presented electronic evidence at a number of trials, including United States v. Martha Stewart and Peter Bacanovic.
Mr. Berriman received his law degree cum laude from Boston University, where he was Articles Editor of the Boston University Law Review, and his bachelor's degree summa cum laude from the State University of New York, Potsdam College.

Lynn Turgeon
Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder
Ms. Turgeon was formerly Manager of Litigation Technology at Goodwin Procter LLP. She supervised and administered the litigation-support database systems for over 300 litigation attorneys and paralegals.
At Goodwin Procter, Ms. Turgeon implemented the firm's image database capabilities, its e-discovery production lines, and its native file processing capabilities. She administered the firm's litigation-support extranet systems. She trained and supervised the e-discovery project managers and oversaw discovery lab operations. She was responsible for attorney training and she is one of the few Summation Certified Trainers in New England. Ms. Turgeon is also a senior litigation paralegal with over 20 years of experience.
Ms. Turgeon has conducted e-discovery projects for some of the world's largest and most sophisticated entities, including Fidelity, Harvard University, General Electric, Biogen, Freedom Wireless, State Street Bank, Eckerd Drugs, Janus, New Balance, Countrywide, Putnam, Teva, and Citizens Bank.

Dana Conneally
Partner
Prior to joining Evidox, Dana was National Manager of Litigation Technology, Goodwin Procter LLP. He has been managing complex litigation discovery projects since 2000. His experience includes electronic data preservation, collection, review, and production. At Evidox, Dana is responsible for identifying developing technologies that can be utilized to mitigate risk, increase productivity, and reduce costs related to the discovery process. He received his law degree from Suffolk University School of Law and his B.A. from Gordon College.

Mr. Soucy was formerly with IBIS Consulting, one of the pioneers in the field of ediscovery processing and hosting. He focuses on business development in Boston and the New England states.

Jesse Sands
Business Development, New York Region
Mr. Sands is a former Amlaw 100 litigator with a background in litigation technology and ediscovery. Prior to joining Evidox, he was Solutions Sales Executive and Large Law Firm Account Manager with Westlaw Publishing. He received his law degree from Cornell Law School and his bachelor's degree from New York University.

John Bodnar
Network Manager and Senior Project Manager
Mr. Bodnar supervises Network operations and technical operations for Evidox and is also our senior project manager for complex projects. A computer engineer, he began his career by providing network services for law firms and then spent several years providing ediscovery services for Williams Lea.
